The National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has started an investigation into the occurrence wherein a three-year-old little girl of a Tiruchi couple turned HIV positive supposedly in the wake of experiencing treatment at three Government emergency clinics. The NCPCR has guaranteed all the essential medicines for the kid.
As a component of the request, NCPCR part R.G. Anand on Wednesday visited the Coimbatore Medical College Hospital (CMCH) and the blood donation center as the parent of the kid had asserted that the tyke was contaminated HIV after a blood transfusion at the clinic in July 2018.
"As the kid was treated at three unique emergency clinics, the request will cover every one of these offices. The medicinal records of the tyke will be checked from the guardians. The discoveries of the request done by the CMCH specialists will likewise allude," Said Mr. Anand to correspondents.
